Position Overview

Are you creative, outgoing, and ready to make a difference in people's homes? We’re looking for a Design Consultant to join our team! In this role, you’ll inspire clients by guiding them to find the perfect window treatments that match their style and needs. You’ll see your ideas come to life with installations that add flair and function to their spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients at their homes to understand their vibe and design preferences
Recommend ideas that suit their aesthetic, budget, and space
Take accurate measurements and assist in placing orders
Work closely with installers to ensure everything looks amazing
Build great relationships with clients through awesome service and follow-ups
Stay in the know about the latest design trends and cool new products

Qualifications

A background in design, sales, or home improvement is a plus—but if you’re a creative fast learner, that works too!
Excellent communication and people skills to make clients feel confident and comfortable
Ability to take accurate measurements and handle basic math
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a bonus
Motivated, organized, and ready to work independently
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
